My integrative approach is eclectic, drawing from a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, somatic and mind-body interventions, mindfulness-based approaches, and humanistic methods. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method, I tailor therapy to your individual needs, goals, and what resonates most with you. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, or major life transitions, we will work collaboratively to help you gain greater insight, develop practical tools, and create meaningful change.
